Meet Ira, Founder of The Embryon Family Fertility Center
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.
Mission Statement
My mission is simple and deeply personal: to provide the best surrogacy and egg donation care possible while advocating for the Intended Parents who trust me to guide them. Everything Matters™ is not a just a slogan; it is my guiding philosophy. Every detail matters: Much of my work is dedicated to supporting Intended Parents pursuing surrogacy in Ukraine and egg donation in Ukraine, where clarity, ethics, and emotional support are essential.
As part of my work with surrogacy in Ukraine, I’ve learned that the journey begins long before the first medical step is taken. Before I ever speak about my personal experience, I want to share how the families I support have shaped the way I work.
What truly has shaped my direction comes from guiding hundreds of Intended Parents through surrogacy in Ukraine, egg donation in Ukraine, and our Ukraine-based fertility programs. Over time, you learn the things no agency, no handbook, and no employee can teach unless they themselves have lived the journey. You learn what keeps Intended Mothers awake at night, what they regret not asking sooner, what actually matters during the process, and which decisions define the outcome long after the baby is home. These are the real lessons — the practical, emotional, and human truths that only reveal themselves through experience, not training. And nothing in this journey is small enough to overlook.

Professional Expertise Meets Personal Experience
My name is Ira, and my life has been shaped by two worlds: the emotional reality of being an adopted child and the professional responsibility of guiding families through surrogacy and egg donation. This combination allows me to connect with Intended Mothers and Intended Parents on a level that goes far beyond medical logistics and into lived experience as an experienced surrogacy coordinator and fertility guide. My personal history and my work continually inform one another, creating a form of personal surrogacy guidance that grows from both sides of this journey. This blend of experience naturally leads into the adoption story that shaped so much of how I understand family.
A Life That Began Without Genetics… And Became Whole
I was adopted before birth. One woman carried me, and another raised me. None of my genetics match the parents who loved me, protected me, and guided me through life. I never once felt “less connected” or “not theirs.” This lived truth directly answers the quiet fear many Intended Mothers carry – ‘Will I bond with my baby if we don’t share DNA?’ My own adoption story reflects the very fear many Intended Mothers carry – the worry about adoption and bonding when genetics aren’t shared. My lived truth directly answers a question nearly every Intended Mother quietly whispers:
“Will I bond with my baby if we don’t share DNA?”
And truly — who better to listen to than someone who lived it as an adopted child? I am the living outcome of the very journey intended moms are considering. I grew up deeply bonded, loved, and emotionally secure. Love made the family. Biology had nothing to do with it.
My IVF Journey – A Second Layer of Understanding
Years later, life gave me another lens into this world. My wife and I went through three IVF embryo transfers, each filled with hope, fear, and uncertainty. Two of those embryos implanted successfully, and we became parents to beautiful twins. Experiencing IVF from the inside allowed me to understand the emotional exhaustion Intended Mothers face — the waiting, the fear of disappointment, the longing for reassurance, and the overwhelming love behind every decision. This lived experience gives me the IVF emotional insight to support Intended Mothers with a level of empathy and steadiness that only comes from having walked the same road. It’s also a perspective that shapes the guidance we offer at Embryon, ensuring every Intended Mother feels understood both medically and emotionally.
Between being adopted and becoming a father through IVF, I carry both sides of the story: the child’s perspective and the parents’.
Experience That Creates Insight
What shapes my work today is the insight gathered from years of guiding families through surrogacy in Ukraine, egg donation programs, and Ukraine-based fertility care. Over time, you learn the small things that make the biggest differences – the emotional patterns, the little life hacks, the timing that works better, the gentle truths that calm Intended Mothers, the communication that supports surrogates, and the approaches that reduce stress for everyone involved. These understandings come from daily, hands-on work with Intended Parents in our Ukraine fertility care, not from theory.
These are the insights no employee manual or clinic guide can teach. They come only from experience, from presence, and from being there every day. This is not a job. This is a calling, a sense of purpose, a responsibility I carry in my heart.
The Professional Support Staff Behind Me
Within our surrogacy agency in Ukraine, I am supported by a professional Ukraine fertility team of specialists who share the same values and the same commitment, providing dedicated Intended Parents Support. Our doctors, embryologists, coordinators, legal experts, psychologists, translators, and support staff work with a unified purpose to protect Intended Parents, guide their surrogates, and support them throughout every step of surrogacy or egg donation.
