The Embryon Family collaborates with SeedTrust, our dedicated escrow company that specializes in managing funds for surrogacy and egg donation.
Invoices are generated a few days before their due date. The service fees are calculated in Ukrainian currency (Hryvnia) and are converted into euros or US dollars based on the foreign currency exchange “selling rate” on the billing date.

What do we Require from our Intended Parents?
To ensure the health and safety of everyone involved, Intended Parents are expected to fulfill the following essential criteria to be eligible for our Serenity surrogacy program.
The surrogates at the Embryon Family regard their role in supporting Intended Parents as a beautiful gift. We encourage our Intended Parents to reciprocate this sentiment by maintaining at least weekly communication with our surrogates. Typically, this communication happens through texting, but it can also include phone calls and video chats, all of which help foster a connection between Intended Parents and their surrogates. Intended Parent Age
Following ethical standards and regulations established by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, the maximum age for Intended Parents is 54 years.
Number of Embryos
For our Serenity surrogacy programs, which entail FET or Own IVF, we require that our Intended Parents have at least 2 PGT-A tested embryos to be matched with a surrogate. Furthermore, the embryos must be 5-day embryos (blastocyst stage) and must be classified as good quality by our embryology team.
It's important to note that pre-implantation genetic testing is the standard practice to ensure high success rates in IVF procedures.
Our surrogates understand that when working with Intended Parents who have PGT-A tested embryos, they will likely need only 1 or 2 embryo transfers to achieve a successful delivery.

Medical Requirement
To enroll in our Serenity Surrogacy program, Intended Parents must demonstrate a medical necessity for surrogacy. A "medical need" refers to a formal assessment by a licensed physician indicating that the Intended Mother cannot safely carry a pregnancy to term, or that doing so would pose risks to her health and/or the health of the child.
English Language Proficiency
To become an Intended Parent, we request a basic comprehension of the English language. Our agreements and interactions with Intended Parents are conducted in English. Even though our surrogate mothers may not be fluent in English, we ensure that an interpreter is available to facilitate smooth communication with your surrogate.
